My hubby brought us durian once every week…yummy….the durians are extremely delicious and fragrant. brought at Little India, sold by an very nice, friendly uncle...

 

 

It’s cheap as well……I think 1 kg for $5.00.

Both of us finished 4 pieces of durian at one go….i am tooooo greedy and due to over-eating, I am unable to sleep at night. It is miserable!

 

Too full with durians, I kept tossing left & right on the bed, just could not go to sleep. My tummy is bloated!! So we learned the lesson.....    :*@*:

 

 

 

 

[Heartiest Congratulation to Aunty Jensey – on her passing of ACCA after 3 years of hard work……]

 

During Aunty Jensey’s celebration at her place last weekends, we brought a total of 15 durians for them, all finished up with thumb up from all the uncles and aunties….

 

Pot Luck from the aunties…..  “Begonia Duck” & “Pasir Ris Po Piah” & Cindy’s Tau Suan & Bo Bo Cha Cha & Tampines Fried Prawn Noodles & of course (Roy & Yvonne)’s durian..

 

As usual MJ time for the aunties….hubby joined in too….luckily with help of mummy, he managed to win $30 bucks…haha!

Parentcraft Lesson last night @ AMK hub was interesting.

Time to shower for little bao bao!

 

Each of the couple was given a dummy baby, baby wipe, cotton pad, pampers, baby towels……

When Mrs Wong – our Parentcraft Teacher demonstrated to us on how to carry/hold the baby in a correct way during bathing.

It was very interesting and fun!

We also learned on cleaning up the bao bao’s eyes & eyes in a “safe” way as their skin is extremely sensitive.

My hubby was doing fairly….. so far…didn’t really done a very good job but at the least he passed with the pampers and swaddle job.

 

Mrs Wong also told us some “real life” stories that she came across on how confinement lady and maids treated the newborns…it’s horrible!

How can these people treated a newborn??!!!!

Late Birthday Present..... [COACH]

On 25 February 2008, 4 days after my actual birthday, I gotten another surprised….!!!!!

New Coach!!!

It is a late birthday gift from my GM. Hahaha J

 

He asked me to go down to his car boot to get something,

so I went down and opened up the boot.

To my surprise, I saw the COACH paper bag. (so automatically, i took out the paper bag)

 

Thanks!!!!!! Another collection to my COACH….. I am sooooo touched!!

 

 

Another surprise, my administrative manager actually gave me AVENT sterilizer as birthday present……

It was so nice of her…knowing that I am looking for another sterilizer for little bao bao.

 

Yeah, I got 2 surprises in one single day.

I self-declared myself a birthday off. I am at home...

As early as on 20 Feb @ 11plus, i got a bday message from Eric, he's super "kiasu" lor...

Chasen D&D - Great Fun!!!

Chasen D&D on 15 February was a success with the most help of Mimi. Well, I think she has done a great & fantastic job!

 

She is really committed to the dinner from the beginning to the end.

 

All the way from arranging the ranking of lucky draw gifts to all the coordination for the dinner and not forgetting being the Emcee of the night (together with Dorothy).

I think she’s simply the best. Thumbs up, Mimi!

 

Pre set up at 3pm where Mimi, Chuan Jee and I reached the restaurant and making sure that all lucky draw prizes were there, all in place and in correct ranking.

Rehearsal and going thru’ the program list.

 

Everything went as per planned, dinner ended close to 11pm.

2^nd round of drinking @Swissotel, The Stamford - New Asia Bar. My first visit there...magnifying nite view.

 

 

Tequila, Dance, Chilling out and myself with Grapefruit Juice??!!

It was great fun with full enjoyment!

 

Home at 1.30am…. sleepyzzz……..Entering Dream world immediately after shower….

 

Levels 71 & 72, Swissôtel The Stamford New Asia Bar

CNY activities...

 

This CNY was a fulfilling one; we went a lot of visiting since the 1^st day of CNY.

 

 

 

1^st day – we went to dear’s grandma place in the morning followed by my grandparents place for reunion lunch.

MJ commenced straight after lunch. Late afternoon was at 1^st Gu Gu’s place followed by her sumptuous reunion dinner.

 

 

2^nd day – woke up at 11am, went to Sgt Moi’s (dear camp mate) place at Punggol and had lunch there followed by “ban luck” again….

It seems like gambling at every house. I am bored at times but luckily there are accompany of their wife and tv programme.

Was at Alan’s place (with his jen & jayden) in the afternoon, after that they all came over my place together with alwin and nise (not forgetting some of dear’s campmates)

KFC & Pizzahut for all…

I have to rush over to lyssa’s place for reunion dinner…her mum prepared steamboat for us. We had a great time at her place.

Chilled up and gossiping……..

Was discussing Elaine’s big day which is approaching.. 25 May 08….

 

 

3^rd day – woke up at 12noon…wow that’s late due to some cleaning after the guests left last nite….went over to Cap. Steven place for gathering….as usual, the guys are there…no gambling this time, only chat, drinks and laughter….

Went over to Ong’s place as we are all in the area – woodlands….they started another round of gambling there…..

Left at 5pm, went over Cecilia’s place for beehoon + curry…(cooked by her mum..) her girl – Qiqi is so adorable. She is learning her steps now…

Brought home the stuffs that she gave me a the Pigeon sterilizer which I brought over from her friend.

Movie (ah long pte ltd) at Golden Village Yishun 10…

Omigod…that is the worst local movie, I have ever watched.

It was a lousy show. Even mum & dad are complaining. We should have watch CJ7 instead.

 

 

4^th day – dear’s mum cooked steamboat + her famous home-cook curry for all the guests going over. We went there for lunch.

After that, delivered some of her curry home for my parents..well, dad love her curry..and home made “ngoh hiang”….

Auntie Anne chio us to her place for a round of MJ. We went over….to think a round of MJ lasted for hours…I waited there till 8pm…I am staving..

Went back to my mother in law place for dinner…while having dinner, the guys & my 2 sis in-laws started their “ban luck”

I drove home to finish up dear’s project haha, submission today and Zzzz……….

 

 

5^th day – started of work…! Holiday mood to and end….

Lunar Chinese New Year is coming!!! wohahah..In less than 4 days time.

I have not done any goodies shopping yet, only brought "Mei Zhen Xiang" Bak Kwa at $37.80/kg...cheap right...it is thru a colleague's son who is working in DBS bank for the special discout price.

 

3 packets for me, mummy and my mother in-law.

 

Will be visiting Giant @ IMM to stock up some tibits and drinks this weekend if not early next week with hubby.

6 Feb - Reunion Lunch at MIL's place, followed by Reunion Dinner at my mummy place.

Intend to go for movie after that. (err....hmm...what abt Fann Wong & Mark Lee's new movie)

 

7 Feb - My Favourite day of CNY....Reunion Lunch at Grand-Parent place...hippi...this is where i see all my 14 cousins, though i have to prepare for 14 ang baos. My aunties and uncles will be all there....all aunties & their maids will help in preparing lunch for over 39 relatives and 5 maids. The uncles will be busying drinking and catching up with one and another. Cousins will be running around or outside the corridor playing.

 

8 Feb - I intend to go to the Zoo....?! funny..?! hahaha....i passed by Zoo that day and a sudden thought to my brother and hubby that we shall visit the Zoo this coming new year.

(largest Rat in the world has arrived in the Zoo)

 

9 Feb - Reunion Dinner at Lyssa's place. We just confirmed it just now. last year was at my place, so this year we decided to change the venue to lyssa's place. Hope that the 5 gals can make it for this time round.

 

11 Feb - Started Work....... :(

 

15 Feb - Chasen Logistics Annual Dinner & Dance (cum CNY Celebration) at Club CSC @ Hilltop.... I am one of the committee members...hahaha!

 

16 Feb - Auntie Jenny's house warming cum "loh hei" session. There will be a pot luck session. All aunties will be bringing their speciality food...yummy...! another round of gathering again.

 

17 Feb - my fatty Brother Birthday!!!! he is turning 20 this year......

 

21 Feb - hahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!! my birthday!!!!!!! i am turning 27 this year.....omigod!!!

Any present??? any flowers???

Surprising this year, i hope to receive flowers from anyone....don't know how come i have such a thinking...?!

 

29 Feb - Leap Year......it comes once in 4 years!!!!!!!

 

 

What is up for March...? let me go and think about it.......getting ready for little bao bao to comeby.

Our Baby Darling

Little Bao Bao is weighting (as of 24 Jan 08) at 1118g and 24 cm long.

He is doing well and fine. Dr Woody asked if I am feeling & eating good...Yes, definately..........expect that sleeping is no longer soundly.. I can feel the weight on my tummy and difficulties to flip freely, like what i used to do.

I have gained 8kg so far....at 7th months.
