We 177155 you, Baby D!

It's so much of fulfillment to have the little one by our side. Over the past 3 months, we have learn to love him more and more each day! Seeing him grow, smile, laugh, wail, angry is such an amazing phrase in our life. Soon, next week I will be returning to the workplace and for sure, I will miss him deeply!

Baby...daddy & mummy love you...

Daddy took this family photo for us in the rain forest playmat..?!

Oh Yah, brought this rain forest playmat @ Kiddy Palace for Baby D..heehee! He is learning to catch those "hanging animals" and responding to the music & lights...Hmm...he loves it....!

Girls OUT!

The agreement was fulfilled! Finally, we went for steamboat @ M Hotel last Thursday BUT sad to say the price we made for is not worth the "quality" food served. Hmm...seafood was not allowed for me till now, so it was like paying $50 bucks for eating "yong tau hoo" ingredients though they serve buffet desserts. The only thing that I fancied that night was the ice lemon tea, very freshing ($7 free-flow all night long)! As usual the girls had great time over dinner, chatted loudly.....laugh loudly..totally no "image" at all....everyone enjoyed the night where NO man was around! Well, we did not gossiped about our hubbies but other interesting topics like staying with MILs, Elaine's married life + her honeymoon & our "secrets"...haha!!!

Hmm, finally verdict.......I still love Coca steamboat!!!

Lunch gathering @ Cecilia's place with Choo Choo last Saturday, it was another round of fun meet up, this meet up concentrate topics more on motherhood and babies...haha!!! Cecilia has a 1yr old QiQi..Choo Choo has 3 handsome hunks (but she only brought the youngest (3 yrs) - Jerome there) and of course me with my 2 months Baby D..Did not bring him along because he was with my MIL and a hassle to travel to Bedok and fetch him then go Buangkok.

We had sumptuous lunch at her place....Chicken Rice, Pizza, Penne with chicken in cream sauce, all time fav - COKE and last dessert - longan! I really cherish the times we get together because I don't know when will be our next gathering be as all of us are very busy with work and family commitment. Finally, that Saturday..we made the wish come true...It's always my wish to meet up with these 2 "crazy woman" and their kids!

Mini Gathering!

We had a wonderful gathering at Grandma's place last Saturday. Baby D was the star! He was being carried around & entertained by all the aunties and my grandma... he surprised everyone with a big POO POO after dinner...everyone in the living room "ran away" when I opened up his pampers! He poos so much that the pamper leaks and poo poo stained on his t-shirt and short...oh my god!

3rd auntie - Iris prepared a sumptuous dinner for us , she is a wonderful cook. After dinner was MJ and durian feast, everyone enjoyed the delicious durian brought by hubby.

Went back mummy place to shower Baby D before heading home. He was extremely exhausted and fall asleep in the car all the way home and was still soundly asleep when I placed him on bed.

2 BIG packets of durian, we had 12 big durian at one go....

nothing matters more than that...

Recently, Baby D has learnt to smile... I DID it when I was telling to him how much we missed him...! He smiled sweetly at us yesterday, hubby & I were so happy + "high" to see him smile.

Oh my god!!!! * it melts our heart.......     and it's worth all the effort we put in for him!

We realized how much we missed him these 2 days while he was at MIL's place.

Somehow, we felt "something missing" in the house.

Oh by the way, he is learning to express his "baby language" with us.

He will go like...  "arr..." "Hmmm..." "yeah..." (what's he trying to tell us?)

pain...pain......

Brought Baby D to Dr Winston - Kidslink @ CCK for his 5-in 1 injection......  Hmm..... how did Baby D fared...? He was a goooood brave boy! Initially he already knew that Dr Winston will be injecting  him so he did made a little discomfort in his consultation room. After Dr Winston did a check on him and when mummy carried him, getting ready for his injection....... Dr Winston (with assistance of another nurse)....injected him.......

My poor boy....he cried as loud as he can......but only for 10secs........after while he stopped..! I carried him as tight as I can..... *heart pain*

The next injection will be in August!

We had lunch at Lot 1 shopping mall then headed home for a short rest. Hubby brought us to Bugis to "pai pai"....at a sudden though, he suggested going to ICA and get Baby D passport done..?! I was like......huh...so young do passport for what..???? With him taking on the wheel, we reached ICA........!

Haiz... my man like to do things w/o prior notification one lor.

Baby D slept all the way from home to bugis and bugis to ICA....was it the injection that made his sooo sleepy..?! haha! While queueing outside for photo-taking, baby D was still soundly asleep, no choice we tried means to wake him up..tickle his ears + stroke his cheek + played with his little fingers...finally he woke up with his sleepy eyes. When it's our turn, so cute.....this is how they take photo for newborn...there a little stool (with back rest) infront of the camera. Baby D was seated on it with my palm supporting his head (without seeing my fingers behind his head)..hey this is difficult lor...with a few takes, the photo turned out not satisfying, hah!!! With another kind-hearted auntie came to assist, she held baby D head while me standing infront trying to seek baby D's attention at the camera....this is sooo cute and funny!

Finally with the best shot....

Baby D on MRT

We went Orchard with Baby D and instead of driving down, we took on a MRT. Baby D behaved during the trip down but NOT when we returned. He wants to be carried throughout the journey home and poor mummy have to do so and luckily for both trips to and fro, there are seats for us.

He doesn't like Orchard Road because it's packed with tons of people and there are lots of steps on the road which made him not happy (being lying on the pram)!

So he didn't really enjoyed the shopping plus he has to wait for mummy outside Gucci for 30mins...hahaha Mummy went in to Gucci sales and poor Baby D with daddy has to wait outside for her..... Ended up, mummy......got it!!!!

Ehmmm.....can be used as diaper bag cos it is very spacious!!!

Menicure for Baby D

With ton of encouragement today, I did the very first "manicure" for Baby D.......Phew!!!!!!!

It's so scary and I am sooooooo afraid that I might cut his tiny finger nails.... I did it when he was soundly asleep but mummy "manicurist" only managed to do one hand for him, the other hand "pending", because after the first hand was done, he woke up for milk milk!!!

When the cutting was done, his nails are still very sharp...so I did a filing for him and indeed it wasn't as sharp as before. I even took off his mitton to "relax" his finger because he has been wearing the mitton since he was born. When Dad called and ask about his grandson just now, I told him that I just finished cutting his nail. It makes me recalled when I was still a little fat baby, mummy tried cutting my nails and Opps...... she cut my flesh then bleed....she got scolded from dad and since that day dad has been cutting my nails till......the day I learnt to "bite" my nails....

See....Baby D bullying grandma....

Carry him still not happy!

Shy Shy + Smiling!
