My life, my work and my Baby D...

It has been the 3rd week since I'm back to work and life has been pretty much satisfying for me. My week schedule as follows:

Monday, Wednesday = work and work

Tuesday, Thursday =  See my Baby D @ MIL after work

Friday (if the Sat where I am not working) =  Baby D HOME with me!!! 

Sat = Bring Baby D to my mum place and all of them will have great fun all day long!

Sun = Bonding time at home with daddy & mummy.. Evening time will have to bring Baby D back to MIL place and......    WORK the next day...Miss my darling!

Baby D has learnt to flip his body over and times where he can't flip back, he will wail for help..haha...just love to watch his little cutie action.

 

* Hoping that I need not work on Sat..Omigod! where got people work on Sat nowadays? Haiz.....

 

 

Have you ever hear top management personnel argue in the office w/o having their doors closed up? Recently, my office has such "trend", those top management like to shout at one another knowing that there are still a big bundle of us in the office. I mean...luckily, these people are not my bosses, well..they belongs to another department. I think it is such a disgrace to let your subordinates see + hear how bad things are between that 2 persons. If such situation happens, have the manners to close up the office door and the both of you can do whatever you guys wanted to do, we don't give a damn...

Oh Ya, one more thing... "he" likes to walk pass us with that kind of strange body language and that really irritates us! PLEASE don't do this....you are standing at that high position in the company and stop that stupidity acts of yours.....and hor, please don't be so childish too.

I was telling A + J that luckily these people are not our direct boss(es), well...our bosses will not act in such way. At least they deserved our respect & our support to them.

I had a good talk with him and told him my final decision. He has accepted the fact and shall respect my move after another round of final talk with me just now. I'm very grateful to these people here for willingly to accept me in the dynamic sales line but somehow and somewhere.....

I still think that it is not easy as said.

 

Everything resumed to its normal.

I'm still where I am physically but another level up emotionally! Woah-haha!

 

More planning up!

Venturing into a wider job scope of a PA which I'm always at interest.

 

I still love to serve them and hopefully everything will go smoothly for me and of course..........

I was been offered to cross over to the sales team today by my GM.

Should I stay put at where I am now, doing administrative/secretariat job or to give myself a new opportunity and better advancement to the sales line..??

 

The advantages:

car (petrol & allowance claims), own laptop, Hp, extra $$$, profit sharing, more exposure, advancement in my career path.....

The constraints:

Lesser time for Baby D + family, entertainment with clients!!!!!!!!!

 

What's my pick??!!!! I am going crazy...... I need to give him an answer by FRIDAY...

God, please lead me......

Date: 18 Jul - My decision Day!

Yesterday, my MD spoke to me too.....!!! Oh dear! I didnt expected him to come and speak to me on the above issue. He gave me alot of encouragement and assurance which made me feel so proud and he actually think that I can do it, if I am to take up the challenge, I will be the very 1st sales - LADY in my company 12 years history! woah-haha! Really very thankful to them for "seeing me so high" and giving me this golden opportunity!

Baby D back...

We had a great weekend last week, it was Baby D first week back home with us since I started work. We spent time with him lying on the bed, talked with him, played his little fingers and toes, singing a-long with him and kissing him! Woah haha!

He is sooo adorable now! He has learn a new "skill" by sticking his tongue out whenever he is dreaming...He has also adopted the "finger lickin' good" skill...omigod!

He is turning 3 months on Wednesday, Happy 3rd Month Birthday...

We Luv Him!

It’s my 3^rd day at work!

I miss my darling, truly + deeply + dearly + madly!

I hate to clear the entire backlog!

I look forward to Friday where I’ll be fetching him home!

I want to kiss and hug hug him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should I get this instead of baby walker?

Some says baby walker is harming to the child's walking development instead of helping them learn to walk..it also lead to injuries and fractures.

 

 

This high chair is interesting but very cosy as well...hmm......
